Terms & Conditions – Custom Notebook Printing

1. General

By placing an order on RazorPrints.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the use of our custom notebook printing services provided by RazorPrints (a venture of Ramoji Printech).

2. Product Customization & User Responsibility

• All notebooks are custom-printed based on user-submitted designs, content, and specifications.
• The user is solely responsible for file accuracy, including content, spelling, layout, image quality (recommended 300 DPI), and correct dimensions.
• RazorPrints does not proofread or edit files unless explicitly agreed.

⚠️ Once the order is placed, no changes can be made.

3. Print & Color Disclaimer

Actual printed colors may vary slightly from screen previews due to screen calibration, printing limitations, and paper type. Minor variations in alignment, trimming, or binding are considered standard industry tolerances.

4. File & Design Guidelines

• Ensure proper margins and safe areas.
• Maintain correct pagination and sequence.
• Fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines.

RazorPrints is not liable for errors caused by incorrect file setup.

5. Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after successful payment and final file submission. RazorPrints reserves the right to reject or cancel orders containing offensive, illegal, or unauthorized copyrighted content.

6. Pricing, Rates & Taxes

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).
• Rates shown are indicative in nature and may be subject to change.
• Any changes in rates will be communicated in advance, and orders will be processed only after customer approval.
• GST will be charged as per prevailing Government rates.

7. Production & Delivery

Production timelines depend on order quantity and customization complexity. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. RazorPrints is not liable for courier delays.

8. No Return / Cancellation Policy

• All orders are custom-made and non-cancellable once production starts.
• Products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Reprints may be provided only in case of manufacturing defects or printing errors from our side.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have rights to print submitted content. RazorPrints is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations and the customer agrees to indemnify RazorPrints against any claims.

10. Limitation of Liability

RazorPrints shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the order value paid by the customer.

11. Quality Expectations

Minor variations in paper shade, binding finish, or cutting alignment are considered acceptable.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to upload or print any illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content. RazorPrints reserves the right to reject such orders.

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction only.

14. Amendments

RazorPrints reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
